Terms of Service
The agreement between you and WDS Creative PTY LTD for the use of PostSir.

Agreement
By using PostSir you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.
PostSir is provided by WDS Creative PTY LTD, registered in South Africa.
Platform terms also apply
PostSir publishes to platforms run by other companies. Their rules apply to what you post, in addition to these terms. In particular, by using PostSir with a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
The same goes for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. A platform may remove your content, restrict your account, or withdraw access at any time under its own rules. We have no control over that and cannot reverse it.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to post to.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the text, images and video you put into PostSir. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and publish it where you told us to. Nothing more.
You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. That includes images, video, music and anything you quote.
What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or anything that breaks the rules of the platform it is going to.
- Use PostSir to send spam or to post on accounts you do not have permission to use.
- Try to break into the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Resell access to PostSir without a written agreement with us.
Availability
We aim to keep PostSir running and to publish your posts on time. We do not promise it will never be unavailable. Publishing depends on platforms and networks outside our control, and a platform can reject or delay a post for its own reasons.
Scheduled posts are attempted at the time you set. Where a platform is temporarily unavailable, PostSir retries. Where a post fails permanently, PostSir records the reason and shows it to you.
Liability
PostSir is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss arising from a post that failed to publish, published late, or was removed by a platform.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Ending it
You can stop using PostSir at any time, disconnect your accounts, and ask us to delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to. We will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
